12. Termination

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes: Disputes: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, USA, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court. You waive your right to participate in class actions.

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
